Scott Reynolds began his Real Estate career in 2002 in Cleveland, Ohio. He applied the business skills he developed as an Engineering Manager to his Real Estate career and became the Office Top Producer in 2004 and 2005.
In August 2005, Scott was chosen by RIS Media's Real Estate Magazine as one of the Nation's Top 50 Realtors on the Rise! He was awarded this distinction for being an innovative & successful agent. He was chosen from hundreds of submissions Nationwide for being tenacious, technologically proficient, creative, as well as being a savvy business person & a generous member of his community.
Scott relocated to Vero Beach in 2006 where he has continued his hard work and dedication to become a successful Real Estate agent with Dale Sorensen Real Estate.

Elizabeth "Bebe" Grady has been actively helping buyers and sellers in Indian River County since 2002. Elizabeth's background is in banking where she enjoyed a successful career specializing in mortgage and consumer lending. This has given her a strong foundation because she understands the mortgage process which gives her the ability to effectively bring buyers and sellers together during this tough Real state market.

Shane Reynolds is the newest member of the team and was recruited by his older brother Scott to pursue a career in Real Estate. Shane's youthful energy, friendly personality and progressive ideas make him a perfect fit to the team. Prior to moving to Florida to pursue his Real Estate license, Shane worked as an industrial electrical foreman for various cities around Sacramento. Working in this field gave him a strong foundation of being efficient, organized, and having attention to detail. He decided to transition and venture out into Real Estate because in a prior sales career he enjoyed working with people matching them up with what best met their needs. Shane will focus on working with buyers and sellers on the mainland as well as managing the sales center at Eagle Trace.
Originally a native of Sacramento, California, Shane and his wife Melissa along with their two children are excited to call Vero Beach home.

Janice Reynolds, Scott's wife, has worked as his personal assistant for 7 years. She works full time behind the scenes to handle all the tasks that do not require a Real Estate license. Janice combines her computer savvy with her creativity to professionally market your home from day one. She also takes care of all of the advertising, appointment setting, stocking flyers, internet marketing, transaction management, paperwork, and more. Janice is dedicated to making sure the office runs smoothly so that Scott and the team can focus on providing the maximum amount of service to their clients. Having a team assistant is critical to stay competitive with all of the inventory on the market.
