Amy was born in Michigan and has lived in Vero Beach, Florida, most of her life. Amy is an experienced Operations Manager with a 17-year background in the real estate industry. Previously, she served as the General Manager of a prominent local real estate firm, where she oversaw a wide range of responsibilities including staff management, daily operations, real estate sales tracking, agent support, and contract assistance. Currently, Amy holds a vital role as our Operations Manager where she manages our day-to-day operations to enhance agent efficiency, team growth, and ultimately, our clients' experience. Amy is responsible for budget tracking and management, researching and implementing new systems to enhance our growth, and managing administrative team members. Moreover, Amy actively collaborates with other top-producing teams nationwide to continually enhance our systems and operations. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to continuous improvement make her a valuable asset to our team.

Amy, along with her two children, Nicholas and Courtney, and two pups, Sam and Cooper, love the outdoor Florida lifestyle, especially being on the water. So when she's not working, Amy enjoys dining anywhere on the water, boating, and relaxing in the backyard with a glass of wine and her pups. Her favorite getaway is a long weekend to Florida’s West Coast, St. Pete, and Tampa. Amy is also a fan of football, with Tampa Bay and Detroit as her favorite teams. She enjoys attending any sporting event and is a member of the Sebastian Running Club.
