Jhoan was born in Manila, Philippines, where she currently resides. She has been in the real estate industry for seven years and has gained extensive experience working with the various systems used by real estate companies. Her previous career as a Transaction Coordinator and VA has honed her expertise and understanding of the real estate process, making her an ideal fit for her important role with The Reynolds Team. At The Reynolds Team, Jhoan works closely with the Listings Manager to ensure that all property listings are input into Multiple MLS systems correctly and in a timely manner. She also works alongside the Transactions Manager to provide a seamless transaction process for all clients. Jhoan helps manage contracts throughout the buying and selling process by tracking all the deadlines and contractual requirements. She finds working in real estate to be more rewarding than being a typical admin assistant because of the satisfaction she gets from helping agents and clients buy and sell homes.

Jhoan is a family-oriented person who loves spending time with her husband, Ferdie Derona, their teenage son Clyde Justine, and their two beloved Shitzus, Bella and Chollo. When she's not busy with work, Jhoan loves to travel with her family, watch movies, and cook on her days off. She especially enjoys spending time at the beach, which is her favorite getaway. Jhoan has three major bucket list items: she wants to visit Europe, go skydiving, and own a farmhouse. In addition to her work and travel, Jhoan enjoys playing video games with her son, especially racing games and Call of Duty. She is also an avid reader and enjoys books such as Atomic Habits and Eat That Frog.
