A big SHOUT OUT to Kathleen Pogany!! Our most seasoned agent has been with us for 5 years. She left her career in teaching for a career in sales. As part of the Tom Ferry Team Coaching, our Team is taught about the importance of making calls and how to talk to potential clients. Over the past year, Kathleen has really focused on making her calls and practicing her objection handling skills. She has been dedicated and consistent. So this year, even with the COVID pandemic, she has been breaking records! She closed 24 properties in a matter of only 2 months!
