“Family has always been important to us. My wife’s Mom and Dad moved down here. We had been in real estate in Cleveland, Ohio at the time. We really had never been here, other than to visit them – but we knew we wanted to be nearby and a part of their lives. I was at a point in my career where I could do that, so we made the move to Vero Beach. I appreciate our team camaraderie and the firm I’m with – but most of all, I appreciate my family. Family is the most important aspect – we all push each other to be the best person we can be. We’re all very competitive, but at the same time, we all help each other out with motivation. We live, work and play together. Sunday dinners, family movie nights, vacations – not just going to work being a fake team. How we handle our workload, and our personal lives, just goes to show how much we all love and respect one another. Starting over in the business was really scary, because that meant going to a role where you only get paid whenever there was success – which was definitely a new challenge for me. But, the part that inevitably ended up attracting me to it, was exactly that. I was able to adjust my priorities, and ultimately benefited from all of the efforts and energy.”
