Vero Beach has a soaring club! Treasure Coast Soaring Club is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 and now has approximately 90 members of all ages. The club is focused on the Vero Beach community and boasts a youth soaring program where children 14 years and older can assist with the “line crew” in exchange for free flying lessons.
Spectators are welcome at the club, which is located just west of the Vero Beach Outlets at the New Hibiscus Airport, 1890 98th Avenue. Glider rides are offered at a cost of $125.00/hr. If you have questions, member Bob Youngblood can be reached at 772.453.9999.
