The walls and floors of elevator must be padded by the maintenance staff before mover usage.*Movers/furniture delivery services are only allowed between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Freight elevator usage ends at 4:30PM -which is when padding is removed.*Saturday movers/furniture delivery services are only allowed with prior approval of management.*Resident vehicles must have Seagate sticker affixed to the lower right hand corner of the rear bumper. *Vehicles must be parked with front end facing forward in your designated parking space.*The only resident vehicles permitted for overnight parking are passenger automobiles and passenger vans.*Trucks, vans, motorcyles and recreational vehicles can only temporarily park on the premises if they are loading or unloading or providing a service to a unit.*Overnight guests must be registered at the office and if they bring a vehicle then a guest pass for their vehicle window must be obtained from the office.*Roller blades, scooters, bicycles and skateboards are not permitted to be used on condominium association property which includes all parking areas.*Bicycles can be ridden to or from a unit when exiting/entering condominium grounds.*All refuse must be wrapped before dropping into the trash chutes. *Cardboard boxes(crushed or uncrushed) are not to be put in the trash chute.*Laundry room hours at 8am to 9pm daily.*Smoking/vaping is not permitted in lobbies, elevators, laundry room, stairwells, clubhouse or in the fenced-in areas around the pool areas. *Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area on condo grounds.*Visible garments and towels are not to be hung out to dry inside unit balconies.*Nothing is to be draped over the catwalk railings.*Seasonal decorations are permitted at unit windows and on front door. *Plants, furniture and year-round decorative items can only be left outside the front door of at unit with Board approval.*Persons in a bathing suit or bare feet are not permitted inside the clubhouse.*Food and beverages is permitted with the designated barbeque area and only between 8am to 11pm.*The only drinks that can be brought into the pool areas are plastic water bottles.*Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use equipment in fitness room. *The swimming pool can only be used between 8am - 11pm.*A towel must be put over all poolside lounges and chairs when using if wearing a bathing suit.*Music can only be listened to around the pool area if the listener is using a headset or ear buds.
