There is no food & beverage minimum requirement for Seasonal Membership, due to the monthly service charge installment. SUMMER TRIAL MEMBERSHIPMay 1, 2019 - October 31, 2019 Dues: $2,000 (plus tax) Advanced payment for the six months NO Processing Fee, Initiation Fee or Food & Beverage Minimum requirement! Notes: " All of the above amounts are non-refundable. " Tipping is not permitted for Club food and beverage service. " Members are billed for services monthly. Acceptable forms of payment are checks and major credit cards. We plan to develop the existing Clubhouse and property. There is a huge incentive for you to join now...
